Additional Property Attributes

The land was currently being used by MECA as an educational facility. When purchased from the Houston Independent School District there was an existing presence of asbestoswith surfaces identified lead-based paint on windows, doors and associated structures. The by-products of previous ownership and their use of the facilities indicate some forms of contaminatio. The assessment found there were potential for asbestos abatement with the site and recommended a Phase II on the property.
