Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is comprised of approximately 6.9 acres with two dilapidated school buildings was part of the Quitman County School board from 1918 to 1991. The site is being considered for demolition in preparation of residential development by the Town of Crowder. A Phase I ESA and asbestos inspection were performed under the TBA program. There were no identified recognized environmental conditions associated with the site. No further environmental site assessment activities were recommended.
