Additional Property Attributes

Proposed future uses of the site include municipal facilities and a well-needed wastewater treatment plant.

Former Use: The former Regis Tannery (aka, Rex Leather Tannery) operated from 1953 to 1972 and consited of a maintannery building, three lagoons, and various tanks/receptacles. Tannery operations ceased in 1972 when the main tannery building was destroyed by fire. The property is currently unoccupied.
