Additional Property Attributes

The property is being considered for purchase by the City of North Little Rock for expansion of the city electric department facility.

Former Use: The site was developed in the 1930s as a filling station. Currently, the site is occupied by one single-story 1600 square foot building.Approximately one-third of the proerty is paved wiht concrete to the west, and grass with gravel to the east. Remnants of four fuel pump islands are present at the eastern portion of the site along N. Main Street. Other features observed included a location of aformer automotive lift cylinder at the north end of the building, and a former undergorund storage tank vent pipe protruding from the ground surface a the eastern end of the site. The property occupies the south 20 feet of Lot 3, and all of Lots 4, 5, 8, and 9, of Block 41, Original Town of Argenta, now an addition to the City of North Little Rock. The site is rectangular in shape and is located ina downtown commercial district. One 1600 square foot, single story structure is located on the property. The western half of the property is paved with asphalt and concrete, and the eastern half is covered with gravelly areas and grass.
