Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I was conducted on the property and a Phase II was scoped. At that time, the developer's financing fell through and the resources were diverted elsewhere. The Phase I indicated suspected contamination as detailed above. Additional assessment work may take place if the developer can return with funding.

Former Use: Site of operations by National Screw & Machine until 1978. Owned by School Board, then to Port Authority in 2007 to conduct transfer to current owners. Demolition of all buildings on site by 1988.
