Additional Property Attributes

Property neighbors the Trinity Building 9203 Detroit Ave. property. The Trinity Building site has been subject to significant remediation activities to address PCB contamination in concrete. The City has expended approximately 2,000,000 in demolition and remediation. EPA required Standex Int'l. Corp., as a Responsible Party, to conduct clean-up operations on site from late 2008-2010.
