Property Highlights

Pump islands, building, & shed demolished in 2008. Two 7500 gallon USTs installed in 1968 (ST0010604) and registered as leaking in 2000 (R007283).

Former Use: Gas station 1951-1998. Eight USTs were removed in September 2009. Soil contaminants found at levels requiring cleanup included Benzene, TPH-GRO, MTBE, and Naphthalene. Groundwater contaminants did not require cleanup. A total of approximately 794 tons of hydrocarbon impacted soil were excavated and transported for disposal. Approximately 1,650 gallons of sludge/rinsate were properly disposed of
