Additional Property Attributes

According to historic building permits, one 2,000-gallon UST was installed at the site in 1971.

Former Use: Site lies in an industrial area north of downtown St. Louis and is mostly undeveloped land that is partially asphalt convered and is currently used as a tractor trailer storage yard. A small, approx. 500 sq.ft. structure is onsite. The site originally operated as a railroad roundhouse and repair tracks since 1910.
