Historic review of City of St. Louis permit files indicate that one UST was installed in 1922 and two gasoline USTs in 1928.

Former Use: Former auto repair shop. Historical documentation indicates that three USTs used to store gasoline and/or fuel oil are located between the building and Blair Avenue. The owner stated that excavation conducted in 2005 confirmed the presence of two USTs that are still located on the subject site. The location of the third UST has not been confirmed.
