Additional Property Attributes

Two 4,000-gallon gasoline USTs and one 4,000-gallon kerosene UST were installed in 1956. Current owner stated the former owner told him the three USTs had been empty for at least ten years and were filled with sand prior to the current owner's purchase of the property. Two service stations were formerly located west and south of the subject site; the possibility exists that the suspect adjacent takes have negatively impacted the subject site.

Former Use: Former gas station. One 270 sq. ft. concrete block building from 1956.
