Additional Property Attributes

In the former diesel UST area, no contaminants were found at levels above Tier I Non-Residential Risk-Based Target Levels. In the former filling station area, soil and groundwater contamination was found at levels above Tier I Non-Residential Risk-Based Target Levels.

Former Use: Former filling station. Four USTs, product lines, and two pump islands were removed in 1991. In 1994, two diesel USTs were removed.
