Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of two parcels of land, including an approximate 0.17-acre rectangular-shaped lot. The Site is paved and is currently used as a municipal parking lot. An approximate 20 foot by 5 foot asphalt patch is visible in the southwestern portion of the parking lot, from which an underground storage tank UST was recently removed. The Site is accessible via Derby Drive, which is located off West Lynde St. According to the City of Gardner Assessors Office, the Site is currently owned by the City of Gardner, and is identified on Map O-24, Block 4, Lot 37 and Map O-24, Block 5, Lot 36.
