Vacant brick commercial building in downtown Scottville. Sits at the main intersection in town.

Former Use: Based on information obtained during the completion of this Phase I ESA, the subject property appears to have been developed since at least 1910 as a commercial building. The main floor of the building has been utilized for banking and various other retail businesses since being built. The second floor of the building has been used for offices and apartments. The use of the main floor for various business and the second floor apartments continued on the subject property until the early 2000s, after which time the subject property has remained vacant. There were no RECs identified with the current and historical use of the subject property as a commercial building, which has been used for various businesses since it�s development.
