Additional Property Attributes

The results of the Phase II ESA and the Supplemental Phase II ESA activities have identified impact to soil and groundwater from the historical use of the subject property as a bulk petroleum distribution facility. The subject property meets the definition of a Facility, as defined by Part 201 of Act 451 as amended. Note that the age of the building and its associated operation history could result in the identification of hazardous substance impacts at other as yet undefined locations.

Former Use: Based on information obtained during the completion of this Phase I ESA, the subject property appears to have been developed since at least 1938. The subject property was reportedly used for a fruit distribution operation and cold storage prior to being operated as a bulk petroleum distribution business.
