Former Use: Otwell Mawby reviewed a previously conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) and also conducted a limited site inspection on June 26, 2008 for the subject property. The Phase I ESA was completed by ASI Environmental Technologies, Inc. (ASI) of Ludington, Michigan in October 2007. The previous Phase I ESA had identified the following recognized environmental condition (REC) in connection with the subject property: � �Historical use of the property for automotive repair is a REC; additional, stained soils and concrete were observed during the site reconnaissance. Based upon the findings of this investigation, RECs were identified in connection with the use of the subject property for automotive repair�. During the completion of the limited site inspection by Otwell Mawby, the following RECs in connection with the subject property were also noted: � Historical Use of the Subject Property � Two, 250 Gallon above ground storage tanks (ASTs) with Staining � Storage of Bulk Liquids in and Around the Shed � Staining on the West Side of the Building � Underground Storage Tank (UST) for Drain System � Potential Coal Use at Residential Dwelling
