Additional Property Attributes

Phase I suggests phase II be conducted based on high historical commercial/industrial past uses of property including printing & dry cleaning on the site. Phase II will be conducted under hazardous assessment grant.

Former Use: Poperty residential & commercial business. Multiple past uses large printing facility, lumber company, hotels, used auto showroom, roofing warehouse, lacquer spray company, a bottling facility, newspaper and parking garage. Now is landscaped open area & used for surface parking. BNSF RR tracks at eeastern boundary. Property part owned by OKC; Part owned by OPUBCO for 97 years.
