Additional Property Attributes

Based on the findings of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a Phase II Environmental Assessment was recommended. A Phase II Environmental Assessment was conducted on the Sergio Ramirez (1) Property and completed in May, 2009. Several contaminants were above the statewide standard for groundwater. However, based on a groundwater ordinance that prohibits private use and consumption, no further investigation or remedial actions are recommended.

Former Use: Commercial building with three tenants and various commercial uses including a motorcycle repair shop, used tire shop, and vacant businesses.
