Additional Property Attributes

Based on the findings of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a Phase II Environmental Assessment was recommended. A Phase II Environmental Assessment was conducted on the Sergio Ramirez 2 Property and completed in May, 2009. Several contaminants were identified above the statewide standard in the groundwater. However, based on a groundwater ordinance that prohibits the private use and consumpation, no further investigation or remedial actions are recommended.
