Additional Property Attributes

Property is a former railroad right-of-way located west of the Tyson Foods plant. The Phase I recommended that a Phase II be completed because of the historic use of the property. The IDNR completed a Phase II investigation which identified Arsenic contamination along the former railroad bed. This parcel is part of the City's plans for a paved Bike Trail.

Former Use: The property ownership has changed since the Phase I ESA was completed. Based on the Phase I, Map IDs 21, 25, 26, and 27 were combined into this parcel. The historic use consists of a former railroad right-of-way.
