Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former railroad right-of-way located east of Tyson Foods. The IDNR completed a Phase II ESA on this property as part of a Targeted Brownfield Assessment. The Phase II identified Arsenic contamination along the former rail bed. This parcel is part of of the City's plans for creation of a paved bike trail.

Former Use: Ownership has changed since the Cluster 1 Phase I ESA was completed. The city now owns the property and has consolidated the original parcels into one parcel. The historical use consisted of a former railroad right-of-way.
