Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was developed as residential as early as 1890 and remained so until between 1950 and 1972, at which time a gasoline filling station (Holiday Station store #202) was constructed. In 1994, a leaking underground storage tank was reported, the tanks were removed, and the station closed. The property was utilized for commercial purposes including video rental and computer ink sales. Mr. Kuow purchased the building in 1998, and it vacated in 2007. The property has been monitored as part of the LUST investigation and has multiple sampling reports on file with the DEQ.
