Additional Property Attributes

New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church along with Turning Hearts Community Development Corporation, plan to build a Senior Assisted Living Center next to the existing church. The church and CDC's mission is to provide services for seniors living in the community as well as the Senior Living Center. The new facility is planned to provide 200 residential units for occupants.

Former Use: NEW BEGINNING MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH The subject property was undeveloped pastureland. The subject site was observed as undeveloped land with dense vegetation consisting of grass, brushes, and trees. However, discarded automobiles, automobile tires/wheels, generators, empty automobile fluid containers, 55-gallon drums, metal fences, gas cylinders, metal debris, etc., were present on-site note: quantities of items listed above were not described in the report and no photographs were provided to the Browfielsd Program or the consultant performing the Phase II, Weston Consultants, Inc. � A drainage ditch, of unknown purpose, was present on the western side of the subject property.
