Additional Property Attributes

This parcel was swapped with a portion of the adjacent parcel to facilitate the redevelopment including a new LEED-certified YMCA facility and the possibility of future expansion of medically assisted living.

Former Use: The site consists of an approximately 1.25-acre rectangular lot proposed for subdivision situated within the southwestern corner of the larger 37.5-acre parcel E-1359. The site includes undeveloped land with an unpaved, gated emergency access road. The central portion of the site has been cleared while the eastern and western portions of the site consist of forested areas. Based on available site records, the site has been undeveloped since at least the mid 1940s.
