Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Lawton Coca Cola Bottling Company, dating back to 1938, when original structure was built consists of 16 Lots, all of Block 2, in the NORTH ADDITION consists of an administrative building containing a significant amount of asbestos, a beverage warehouse, a container warehouse & shop maintenance building. There is one UST closed in a place on the property. This is also a spring-fed well in the basement of the administrative building.
