Additional Property Attributes

During the site reconnaissance, access to the interior of the on-site building was not provided because the property owner, Ms. Williams, was not available for the site visit. The regulatory database indicated presence of three underground storage tanks on the subject property. It is unknown if the tanks have been removed or still underground. Because the building was not accessible, whether any evidence of former USTs exist on the subject property could not be determined.

Former Use: The subject property is located on the northwest intersection of W. State Street and North Pierpont Avenue and consists of an abandoned auto repair facility. The City Directory review indicated presence of a service station from 1958 to 1982 and an auto repair facility from 2002 to 2006 on the subject property.
