Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently unoccupied with overgrown vegetation and an abondoned building. The building was not accessible during the site inspection because the doors were sealed. A subsurface investigation has been recommended to further investigate the site and to determine if there is a potential for release associated with the former UST system and manufacturing operations.

Former Use: The subject property is improved with a previous manufacturing building that has been abandoned, a vacant lot, concrete paved areas and metal fences with gates. The past owners of the property were Catholic Salvage Bureau (1965 to 1971), and American Machine & Assembly (1995).
