Former Use: Located in an oxbow of the Lamoille River and comprised of two parcels, this site was acquired by the Town in 1996. For the previous 50 years (1940's-1990's), the site was predominantly owned by lumber and railroad companies. The 50 years prior to that (1890's-1940's), the site was home to a tannery.
