Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site has hosted the Upper Peninsula State Fair and various community and regional events since 1928. It is currently used for the same purposes. the State of Michigan was the owner and operator of the site until October 1, 2009 when the property was transferred to Delta County. The manager of the property is the Upper Peninsula State Fair Authority which leases the property from Delta County.
