Additional Property Attributes

A large commercial building, occupied by Ideal Printing, G & K Services (now Cintas), Capital Wood Products, Miratec Systems, Carpenters Union and Brissman Kennedy, required the installation of a sub slab depressurization system due to high levels of VOCs in the soil vapor. That system has been installed and is operation as required by the environmental covenants. Former Use: Past uses include railroad service, heavy equipment staging and storage, borrow material storage and an industrial waste dump.
