Additional Property Attributes

The completion of Phase I was done October 16 2002.

Former Use: The Property consists of an approximately 6500 square foot, triangular shaped tract of land containing one 4500 square foot building. The building contains an office area and shop area. Adjoining properties are those properties whose border is contiguous or partially contiguous with the subject Property, or that would ber if the properties were not separated by a roadway, street, or public thoroughfare. The Property is bordered to the north by a Union Pacific Railroad spur then Second Street. The Clinton Presidential Library Site (under construction) is located north and west of the Property. A Union Pacific Railroad spur (previous switch yard) is located east of the Property. An abandoned warehouse building (previously occupied by Service Professionals, Inc. janitorial service) is located southeast. Industrial Avenue is located west and south of the Property. NOne of teh adjoining properties are currently used for industrial purposes involving the procdssing, storage, manufacture, or transportation of hazardous substances or petroleum products. None of the surrounding properties appear to impact the subject Property in terms of smoke, fumes, or noise.
