Additional Property Attributes

The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identified the site within Phase 3A of its redevelopment efforts. Specifically, the site is highlighted for future mixed-use development. A multi-purpose trail will connect the residential/office space to downtown Marion. As such, the pedestrian-oriented area will be a place where individuals can work, live, shop, and play.

Former Use: Property has contained single-family residential development since approximately 1905. The property currently contains a single-family home with an attached garage.
