Additional Property Attributes

The Family Housing Development Corporation will redevelop the property into a mixed low-income housing and office space. (PPF - Bell Trading Post)

Former Use: Abandoned building; former jewelry manufacturer; photo development, office space; and Sun County Industries. Current use - abandoned building with asbestos and lead-based paint issues in the building and lead in soil beneath crawl space. Phase II ESA AFTER redevelopment was completed - due to concerns regarding vapor intrusion. The results of Phase II ESA confirmed that there were no impacts from vapor intrusion.
