Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is presently vacant and aerial photos indicate the property was vacant as far back as 1941. Anecdotal evidence from the site interview noted that at one time part or all of the property may have been used as an apple orchard, and apple trees are present on the property. An abandoned railroad right-of-way is present extending through the center of the property and was listed in the legal description as used by the Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company in the 1930s. Phase II investigation activities would be necessary to further evaluate RECs identified as part of this Phase I ESA, especially any potential impact to soils and groundwater of the Subject Property from neighboring facilities
