Additional Property Attributes

Cleqanup Plan defines options to upgrade the landfill cap to required thickness and also estimates costs to do so. It is possible that institutional controls may be required by the state to protect the integrity of the landfill cap.

Former Use: Wooded area and former dumpsite for household goods. Livingston Parish proposes to purchase the site for recreational reuse. Only 5 acres of the site were the former landfill.
