Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property, henceforth referred to as the �Site,� is located south of downtown Pawhuska, Osage County, Oklahoma, within a district consisting mostly of residential and commercial development The Site mainly consists of vacant land crossed with unimproved dirt tracks and is bisected north to south by Prudom Avenue. Several occupied and abandoned structures are located within the Site. Within the northwest portion of the Site is the Osage Building Materials Warehouse that is currently being used for storage of clothing, furniture, and household items and leased space to Allen Brothers for storage of feed supplies. The former Park�s Concrete Plant is located on the mid-northern portion of the Site and is currently used for storage of old appliances and automobiles. The structure in this area is being used as an automobile repair shop. Formby Oil Company, located east of the Park�s Concrete Plant, is an active refined products distributer. The Pawhuska Auto Mart, located in the northeast portion of the Site, is an operating car sales facility with a salvage car storage area located on adjoining lot to the west. The central portion of the east side of the Site is currently being used by the City of Pawhuska for storage of wood chippings. Milleson Oilfield Supplies is currently occupying the southeast portion of the Site and is using the area to store oilfield equipment. Two 2abandoned train depots identified as the east and west depots are located in the central portion of the Site.
