The legal description of the Site includes Lot 8, of Block 114, Original Town, now City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The 3rd & Frankfort TBA Site is described as being bounded on the north by 3rd Street, on the south by an industrial property, on the west by Frankfort Avenue, and on the east by a set of railroad tracks, and as being in the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 01, Township 19 North, Range 12 East, of the Indian Meridian, containing approximately 0.3 acres m/l.
