Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I identified RECs oil-containing drums and a debris pile associated with a former textile factory. Potential RECs include a former gas station with no UST closure information, potential USTs at a former car dealership, potential PCB-containing ballasts, lead paint, and asbestos in vinyl tiles in an unsecured two-story former Legislature Building, and a neighboring former gas station with non-compliance issues.
