Additional Property Attributes

RECs were identified associated with historic structures, historic use and potential existence of former onsite septic tank, potential lead based paints, asbestos containing materials, mercury and PCBs in building materials. Leaking USTS from surrounding properties and the use of herbicides and pesticides to mange vegetation adjacent to the property were identifed as RECs.

Former Use: Abandoned 3 story school deteriorating internally/former playground/Transferred from PR Land Authority 3/28/1980.
