Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The structures, parking lots, driveways and other open areas of the Site are currently unused,except for the structures associated with the AT&T cellular tower at the north central portion of the property. The 9.57-acre site consists of a large, vacant storage yard and a 148,000 square foot warehouse building complex. The building is owned by Table, Incorporated and managed by Mr. T.B. �Ben� Latham. The land is owned by Sand Springs Home, a local orphanage.
