Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property was used from the 1940s to the late 1990s by Zeller Corporation. Historical operations included machining use of an AST system on west side of Property, which included four oil-containing ASTs, an oil sump, and underground piping and, heat treating.
Through the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) Contract No. 68HE0519D0005, Task Order-Task Order Line-Item Number F0107-0001EC204, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and a Phase II ESA will be completed in Spring and Summer 2023.
