Additional Property Attributes

The property is owned by Linda Hill, who rents it out to a farmer to commercially grow wheat. The land is currently being used for this, and it is planned to have this use continued.

Former Use: The Site is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma within lands that are undeveloped or used for agriculture. The southern portion of the Site is currently plowed and the northern portion is partly plowed. Remaining lands to the north within the Site are undeveloped. The Deep Fork River intersects the Site in an east by northeast direction approximately a third of the Site is located south of the River. A 20-inch diameter pipeline crossed the river near the western boundary
