Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property consist of two parcels: the northern (Benoit) and the southern (Harmon). The property is bounded on the west by by Allene Avenue, to the north and east by a railway easement, and to the south by a communication operation The Benoit parcel was previously used by a company that manufactured produce containers from 1950's to the 1980's. It was later used as a church and for storage of resturant equipment. The Harmon parcel was previously used as a limosine and charter bus repair facility.
