Additional Property Attributes

Property is located on a peninsula surrounded by three sides - north, northwest, and east by the Saluda River. Community has relayed its desire to see the redevelopment into green space for the benefits of the community. Anderson County's Parks and Recreation' Service has expressed interest in extending the already existing kayak corridor into the TBA site.

Former Use: Property was used for disposal by the Pelzer Manufacturing Co. and subsequent owners of the mills prior to landfill regulations.
