Additional Property Attributes

Assessment of the old courthouse found the structure to contain asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold that will need to be addressed during planned building remediation.

Former Use: Building was constructed in 1896 and was renovated in 1933, 1961, and 1976. It consists of four floors, with only the second floor currently in use. Exterior is brick on a concrete foundation.
