Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed for residential use prior to 1893 and likely since 1850. No use other than residential has been identified. A portion of the two-story apartment building was constructed circa 1850; an addition dates from circa 1963. The building is heated by fuel oil via a hot water system. Fuel oil is stored in five aboveground tank located in the basement; one tank is on an earthen floor and four are on a concrete floor. Only minor staining was noted beneath the feed lines on the tanks, not enough to rise to the level of a REC, during the Phase 1.
