Additional Property Attributes

The currently vacant subject property is located in an urban residential zone. It is bound to the west, east and south by residential structures and open grazing land and to the north by the Adrienne Serrano K-12 School. The property is located less than one mile north of the Caribbean Ocean. Due to flaking and peeling paint throughout the onsite buildings, there is a significant potential that lead based paint and/or paint dust may be present on the remains and surrounding soils.

Former Use: Historically, the subject property operated as a school from 1932 through 2000. Since its closing in 2000, the school has remained vacant and is no longer maintained.
