Property is centrally located and close to employment areas and housing. Spenard Road is designated in the West Anchorage District Plan as a Transit Supportive Development corridor.

Former Use: Olson Gas Services Store #1 began operation as a fueling station in approximately 1964. The underground storage tanks (USTs) were emptied, and the station was closed in 1993. The UST system was removed from the property in 1995. The buildings were demolished in 2015.
