Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was previously utilized by MoDOT from approximately 1950 to 2008 for equipment storage and maintenance. Property was previously undeveloped land.

Former Use: The subject property is currently unoccupied and was previously used by MoDOT for equipment storage and maintenance. The area surrounding the site consists of residential and agricultural properties. No groundwater samples could be collected due to shallow bedrock refusal. The results of the phase II TBA revealed VOCs, TPH-DRO and RCRA metals in the soil. The only contaminants above MRBCA soil standards were lead and arsenic. The occurence of arsenic and lead found in the soil were likely naturally occuring when compared to background soil conditions.
