Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of approximately 18.02 acres of agricultural land. The site is bounded by railroad tracks to the south and east, a dirt road to the west, and an undeveloped field to the north. Beyond those features is a mix of agricultural and industrial properties. The assessment is being conducted for future industrial development that includes the subject site. No RECs were indentified from review of historic records, review of environmental databases, site reconnaissance, or interviews.

Former Use: The site is currently, and has historically been, used as an agricultural field used for growing row crops, predominantly corn and soybeans.
