Additional Property Attributes

Property includes a warehouse building, bathroom and utility room annex to the south, and a paved loading dock area. Never used for its intended purpose of processing and storing commercial agricultural products; unused for >16 years. Property used by adjacent landowner as warehouse for storage of office supplies. Agricultural/construction equipment were stored outside and occasionally driven inside.

Former Use: PRIDCO plan lists Lot #4 (containing subject property) as �Metropolitan Lumber and Hardware� however no further information regarding past lease, use, and owners is available.
